We recommend the following organisation who are happy for Rebound customers to make enquiries relating to availability of village hall venues. The Wiltshire Village Hall‘s Association is a voluntary society of village halls (and the people that run them) throughout Wiltshire. The main aims of the Association are to: Promote best practice in the management and operation of the county's village halls via white papers on specific issues, a bi-annual competition and shared information. Provide ‘association negotiated' products such as insurance, procurement of furniture, etc. Publish the details of members on the Association web site. Provide an annual forum for village hall management teams to meet and discuss issues with experts from both the corporate and voluntary sectors. General Information

A copy of our terms and conditions explaining the safe operation of Inflatables is given to every hirer.

Delivery of Inflatable and any other equipment is via a sack truck, and we will require a clear access during delivery and collection.

THE SITE:

Preferably a grass area being clear of any debris likely to cause damage or injury. It should also be fairly level and clear of any overhanging cables or branches.

ELECTRICAL:

There should be a suitable supply available within a maximum of fifty meters of the site.

WEATHER:

On safety grounds we reserve the right to cancel in the event of stormy conditions, High winds and very heavy rain likely to make operation unsafe. (Outside only)

Collection of equipment supplied is same day unless prior arrangement has been made subject to satisfactory storage and security criteria being met.

Also an additional fee will apply.

Terms of Hire

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the safety guidelines below are followed to avoid injury or damage to users and the inflatable.

Safety Guidelines

• A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times, when in use.
• Try to avoid large children and small children using the inflatable at the same time. Allowing enough room for each child to play safely.
• All shoes, badges, jewellery i.e. (Earrings Necklaces) should be removed. It is also recommended that spectacles are removed.
• No food or drink to be consumed on the inflatable. (To avoid choking and mess.)
• No climbing or hanging on the walls (This is dangerous and not allowed).
• Do not allow children to bounce on the safety step (front apron) it is there to help users on and off only.
• No smoking, fires barbecues to be used near the inflatable.
• No pets are allowed on the inflatable.
• Do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating or deflating.
• Never switch the blower off when the inflatable is in use.
• In the event of heavy rain, the blower should be switched off for safety reasons. When safe to re-use switch back on and towel dry any wetness before allowing any children back on the inflatable. (Slip Hazard!).
• In the event that the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury.
• In the event that the inflatable needs cleaning due to accident (i.e. sickness) a charge may be made.
• This equipment is not recommended for anyone with a history of back or neck problems.
• Gales/Gusting winds (we will not supply an inflatable outside in these conditions).

Disclaimer

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do safely. However accidents can happen. Rebound can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss howsoever caused. As the equipment will be in the hirer’s possession and control whilst in use.
